Has tags from 2016! This Piplup has been around for 9 years now, almost a decade and she refuses to evolve! I asked her about this, she looked at me blankly and said nothing. I was really concerned I offended her. I asked her again, she looked at me blankly and said nothing. I turned around and noticed it was thundering outside all of the sudden! Perhaps… if she evolved she’d be too strong for this world, perhaps she’s powerful enough already… we will never know, because she’s never really given me a straight answer, but if you look into her eyes, and ask her politely, she might answer you.
