Are your products authentic?

Yes! Part of why we wanted to start this shop was our frustration with the excitment of new cute shops opening up around town, with promises of Sanrio and anime goods, only to find out all the merchandise was bootleg and from AliExpress etc. Our goal is to bring cute quality products to you from all over, both new and used! Any product from a Nendoroid, to a Pokemon plush is 100% genuine.

Can I sell my used goods to you guys?

Yes! Although we cannot promise it will be something we will purchase, use the contact us section to reach out and see if we can make a deal!

Do you have a storefront?

Currently we do not :(! Although that is a dream in the future so maybe one day! We operate out of Ottawa right now and if you ever want to see our stock in person check out the events page! We frequently table at small conventions and local flea markets!

I want an item but it is not on your store/not in stock?

If you have a request for an item or a restock let us know! We cannot promise it will come back or that we can get the item, but your feedback really helps us when deciding what to stock! Please reach out through our Instagram (link on footer) or through the contact section!
